The importance of this is that without lipids we wouldn’t be able to make things we need in everyday life. They also help the body absorb certain vitamins, store energy, and signal. Some of the foods that contain a high level of this molecule are: mayonnaise, eggs, poultry, sea food, butter, and meats.
